Omni Reduces Cost and Increases Efficiency in Document Management with Oracle

Omni Soluções Financeiras is a São Paulo–based finance company (operating since 1994) that provides consumer and used-vehicle financing and manages non-performing loan portfolios. Facing a rapidly growing repository—more than 75 million documents and about 30,000 new uploads daily—and a large user network, Omni needed to cut high document-management costs, modernize its platform, improve system integration, and make client documents easier to access across channels.

Omni implemented Oracle Content and Experience Cloud and Oracle WebCenter Content, integrating them with its systems using Oracle APIs (with partner Accurate Software) in a three-month migration. The new solution reduced document-management costs fivefold, delivered annual IT investment savings of about 5%, improved security and scalability for daily uploads, enabled multi-channel/mobile access, sped up workflows, and freed funds for further platform investments such as Oracle Exalogic.
