Nynas modernizes employee experiences with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM

Nynas, a Swedish manufacturer of specialty oils and bitumen products, was managing HR processes in spreadsheets and Word documents, making performance reviews and other tasks slow and cumbersome. To unify HR data and support sustainability goals, the company turned to Oracle and its Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management (Oracle Cloud HCM) platform to digitize the full HR lifecycle across its 30-plus-country workforce.

Oracle Consulting helped Nynas deploy Oracle Cloud HCM in phases, enabling consolidated HR data, automated recruiting, onboarding, talent management, compensation, and employee analytics for 1,000 employees. The result was improved data integrity, faster workforce decisions, better employee and candidate experiences, and FTE savings that were redirected to higher-value work, while Oracle HR Help Desk also reduced IT dependency and helped handle a surge in HR inquiries.
