Northwell Health taps Oracle Cloud HCM and AI capabilities to support employees

Northwell Health, New York’s largest healthcare provider, needed to modernize HR and improve the employee experience across 85,000+ staff. After using older systems for HR, payroll, benefits, recruiting, and performance management, the health system turned to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and related Oracle tools to create a unified, more automated environment.

Oracle implemented Fusion Cloud HCM along with Oracle Payroll, Oracle Talent Management, Oracle Recruitment, Oracle Digital Assistant, Oracle HR Help Desk, Oracle ME, and Oracle Guided Learning. The results were strong: employees gained mobile access to key HR tasks, 2.5 million training guides were downloaded in seven months, 94% of employees participated in training, and HR help tickets fell by 40%, helping Northwell improve adoption, engagement, and efficiency.
