NGA Human Resources, a 40+-year leader in B2B HR services with 8,000 staff across 35 countries managing payroll and reward for 6 million employees, needed to run a single global campaign—promoting four webinars to senior HR, IT and payroll professionals in 11 countries—simultaneously in four languages. The main challenge was delivering responsive, localized content at scale while overcoming EMEA market complexity and creating a repeatable process for translation and localization.
Using Oracle Eloqua for marketing automation, NGA HR deployed localized emails, lead scoring, A/B testing, and themed landing pages supported by an in‑house shared service center. The campaign sent 63,000 emails to 15,000 contacts, drove a 45% increase in open rates and a 90% higher clickthrough rate, generated 366 landing‑page downloads, 300 event registrations and 166 webinar attendees, and established a scalable roadmap for international campaign localization.
