To improve productivity and employee satisfaction, Morrisons turned to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM to modernize HR and reduce friction in the workday.
Oracle implemented Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, along with Oracle Payroll and Oracle HR Help Desk, giving Morrisons a self-service, mobile-friendly HR experience and lowering administrative burden. Oracle’s solution helped Morrisons replace paper-based and manual processes, simplify its technology architecture, and improve talent management; the company also plans to expand into Oracle Talent Management and explore OCI Generative AI for HR help desk case summaries.
