Moleskine Grows Global Digital Footprint with Oracle Customer Experience Cloud Suite

Moleskine, the premium maker of notebooks and accessories sold in more than 90 countries, needed to unify a fragmented, locally run e-commerce presence to deliver seamless, engaging customer experiences as online sales grew. The company wanted a global platform to support integrated marketing, localized content and currencies, and a consistent brand experience across devices and markets.

Moleskine deployed Oracle Commerce Cloud as part of the Oracle CX Cloud Suite (with Oracle Marketing Cloud) across 35 countries, 10 languages and 15 currencies, implemented rapidly with partner Eurostep. The rollout gave Moleskine a configurable global storefront and omnichannel marketing tools, enabling consistent customer journeys, faster product launches, integrated campaigns and improved coordination across e‑commerce, marketing and sales teams.
