Manuka Health, a fast-growing New Zealand producer of Manuka Honey, Propolis, and Royal Jelly, needed to replace a manual spreadsheet-based budgeting, planning, and reporting process that was slow, error-prone, and hard to control. The company wanted better forecast accuracy, stronger data integrity, faster reporting, and a way for cost center owners and sales teams to enter data directly without depending on finance. To address this, Manuka Health chose Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud.

Oracle implemented a fully integrated cloud planning, budgeting, and forecasting solution that improved data collation, calculation, revenue modeling, and demand forecasting. The budgeting cycle was reduced by weeks, month-end reporting saved at least one work day per month, and sales could now manage revenue budgeting themselves with immediate visibility into totals and scenario changes. Oracle also enabled more sophisticated margin analysis across eight markets, giving Manuka Health more reliable numbers and significantly better business predictability.
