Anglia Restaurants is a family-run multi-site operator in East Anglia with seven venues across four brands. Facing the need to modernize and control loyalty-based promotions—particularly for its over-60 Platinum Club—the group wanted automated, POS-driven discounts, better reporting and a way to grow and monitor customer engagement while reducing manual staff intervention and misuse of offers.
Anglia implemented Oracle Hospitality Gift and Loyalty Cloud Service to automate tiered bonuses and vouchers at the point of sale, print unique vouchers, and track redemptions. The rollout helped build a database of over 10,000 members (with ~30% visiting monthly), produced strong voucher uptake (30–35% birthday redemptions), sped up transactions, locked down tills against misuse, and delivered reporting that enables more targeted future marketing.
