Lojas Leader, a Brazilian department store chain with more than 70 stores across nine states, needed a better way to manage digital communications and grow online sales. Oracle implemented Oracle Responsys to centralize and strengthen Lojas Leader’s multichannel marketing across email, web push, app push, SMS, and WhatsApp. The solution improved segmentation and send-time optimization, helping the company increase customer interactions and achieve an email open rate of about 50%. It also improved control over marketing emails and SMS, boosted invoice email open rates for its store-branded credit card, and helped reduce missed payments and defaults.
