Little Real Estate is Australia’s largest independently owned real estate agency, managing over 21,000 properties across 23 offices. The finance team faced fragmented systems—separate CRM, trust accounting, and financial systems—forcing manual spreadsheet reconciliations that slowed budgeting, caused data integrity issues, and limited planning accountability as the business planned to grow and diversify.

Working with DXC Red Rock and Ndevr, Little Real Estate implemented Oracle Cloud EPM Planning (Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service) and integrated JD Edwards, completing testing in under two weeks and going live in 3.5 months. The cloud solution delivered real‑time data access, shorter planning cycles, multiple revenue and expense models for better decision‑making, greater cost‑center ownership, faster and more accurate reporting, reduced headcount costs, improved staff satisfaction, and a payback period of about 1.5 years while enabling easier expansion into new services.
