LIFE Financial Group is a Moscow-based financial holding that operates seven commercial and retail banks, more than 800 branches, and serves over 4 million private and 200,000 corporate customers. The group needed timely, consolidated management accounting and reporting for more than 1,000 corporate finance divisions, stronger loan-portfolio risk analysis down to individual credit managers, and a replacement for 30+ disparate reporting platforms to enable granular, auditable profitability and performance reporting across all units.

To solve this, LIFE implemented a unified financial-analytics data warehouse using Oracle Financial Services Data Foundation and complementary Oracle tools, integrating data from 30+ source systems in three phased deployments with partner RDTEX. The solution created a single information space across seven banks, enabled drill-down dashboards and risk-adjusted profitability at branch and contract level, doubled reporting speed (1,000 users can access consolidated month-end data within seven days), improved data quality and auditability, and empowered 5,000 managers to make faster, better-informed decisions.
