Legislapp, a government intelligence startup that monitors public legislative data, was struggling with website performance, limited infrastructure scalability, and rising operating costs on an on-premises setup. To support its growing SaaS platform, Legislapp turned to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle for Startups to move to a more elastic, high-availability cloud environment.

Oracle implemented OCI with Kubernetes support, load balancing, autoscaling, and migration assistance, helping Legislapp modernize its architecture and expand its crawling and data-processing capabilities. The results included an 85% reduction in homepage load time, a 40% drop in infrastructure costs, an 80% cut in data processing during recess, and a 44% increase in organic search traffic.
