Leejam Sports Company, owner of the Fitness Time chain with over 135 locations across Saudi Arabia and the UAE, faced scaling challenges from an inefficient legacy system that could not support rapid growth, centralized reporting, or streamlined back-office operations. Management needed stronger internal processes, unified visibility into purchasing, inventory, invoicing and HR, and lower operating costs by replacing manual workflows and functional silos.

Working with Oracle and partner Evosys, Leejam implemented Oracle ERP Cloud and Oracle HCM Cloud (plus supporting Oracle cloud services) using out-of-the-box processes adapted to best practices. The rollout delivered faster accounting and month-end closes, 24/7 access for more than 2,000 employees, improved procurement and inventory control, centralized headcount and subscription reporting, reduced manual entry and IT overhead, and better HR self-service and compliance—boosting efficiency and visibility across the business.
