Case Study: Grupo Martí achieves faster store replenishment and unified inventory visibility with Oracle Retail

A Oracle Case Study

Preview of the Grupo Marti Case Study

Leader Grupo Martí Deploys Suite of Oracle Retail Technology, Improving Customer Experience

Grupo Martí, a leading sporting-goods retailer in Mexico with more than 200 stores across seven brands, faced scaling challenges as its ERP-based merchandise processes could not keep up with today’s omnichannel demands. Managing large volumes of inventory and getting the right products to the right stores quickly required a modern, retail-specific solution with minimal disruption to operations.

Grupo Martí implemented the Oracle Retail suite — including Merchandise Operations Management, Store Inventory Management, and Allocation — with implementation partner Retail Consult and integrated the solution with their ERP. The rollout delivered unified inventory and operational visibility, faster purchase-to-store cycles (from 3–4 months to weeks), improved budget optimization, order tracking, vendor communication, and more accurate product allocation by size, color, and quantity.
