Kubota Tractor Company’s finance arm, Kubota Credit Corporation (KCC), needed greater agility to support growth and evolving customer demand for flexible financing—lease options, master and capital loans, and the ability to finance non‑Kubota products. Its highly customized AS/400 core system constrained innovation, slowed processing, and hampered dealer and customer service.

KCC implemented Oracle Financial Services Lending and Leasing to retire multiple legacy systems and consolidate on a configurable, modern platform. The rollout automated transaction processing, added customer self‑service, launched leasing programs, cut daily batch times from as long as nine hours to under six, and reduced IT maintenance and data‑center costs by more than $1M annually. The solution now supports a $7B portfolio across 450,000 accounts and improved dealer relationships and operational readiness.
