Kuani Gear Co., Ltd., a Taipei-based manufacturer of air tools and precision parts that exports about 80% of its products to the US and Europe, struggled to turn leads from 5–10 annual international exhibitions into sales because marketing and sales had no centralized CRM or performance-tracking system. Kuani Gear implemented Oracle Sales Cloud and Oracle Marketing Cloud with Oracle Consulting and partner Verticurl, going live with Sales Cloud in six months and Marketing Cloud five months later.
