Kolos Cement Boosts Efficiency and Agility with a Unified Oracle Cloud

Kolos Cement, one of Mauritius’s largest cement manufacturers, needed to replace an end‑of‑life ERP to improve visibility, reporting, and financial controls across production, sales and finance. The company also required integration with its weighbridge and mobile devices and faster, unified processes to meet KPIs such as 15‑minute truck dispatch and 90% on‑time deliveries while reducing manual errors and risk.

Working with Oracle and partner AGILEUM, Kolos implemented a unified Oracle Cloud suite (ERP, Financials, EPM) integrated with the weighbridge and field tablets, going live in five months for 25 users. The platform delivered real‑time daily reporting and dashboards, stronger credit and revenue controls, streamlined production‑to‑delivery workflows, fewer manual tasks and errors, a faster month‑end close (from five to three days) and improved ability to meet dispatch and on‑time delivery targets.
