Juhayna Food Industries, a Cairo‑based manufacturer of dairy, juice, and cooking products with about 5,500 employees and seven production sites, was expanding into new African markets but hampered by paper‑based HR processes. The cloud solution eliminated paper workflows for ~5,000 employees, reduced leave requests from days to clicks, cut HR administrative time (previously 43% of efforts), sped up hiring while lowering cost‑per‑hire and reliance on agencies, improved reporting and employee self‑service, and increased engagement and retention across the organization.
