JSL taps OCI to enhance IT infrastructure

JSL, one of Brazil’s largest road logistics companies, needed to modernize its fast-growing IT environment so it could deploy applications and microservices more quickly and support new digital services for truck drivers. To address these challenges, JSL turned to Oracle, using OCI Kubernetes Engine (OKE) and Oracle Digital Assistant to improve infrastructure agility and driver support.

Oracle implemented Kubernetes-based infrastructure and an AI-powered driver assistance app for JSL. The results were significant: issue resolution time dropped from up to 3 hours to 10 minutes, staffing for incidents fell from six people to an average of two, infrastructure availability rose from 80% to 99%, and IT costs were cut by 70%.
