iStore iSend accelerates growth with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure

iStore iSend, Malaysia’s fast-growing ecommerce fulfillment company, needed a more scalable and cost-effective cloud platform to handle seasonal spikes in demand across its operations in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, and China. Its business-critical order, warehouse, and transport management systems had to stay reliable as growth surged, especially in the final quarter of the year. The company turned to Oracle and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), building on its long use of Oracle Database.

Oracle helped iStore iSend migrate to OCI and Oracle Enterprise Database Service with support from Oracle Premier Support. The move doubled its cloud footprint and cut costs by up to 30%, while improving scalability, security, and data capabilities. With Oracle, iStore iSend also enabled near real-time inventory updates, launched new SaaS-based fulfillment offerings, and created room to expand into new markets such as Vietnam.
