Intelligent Pathways is an Australian Oracle partner (founded 2003) that specializes in enterprise systems integration, application development, and mobility. Facing airlines’ needs to integrate multiple legacy systems (reservations, CRM, crew scheduling) and give cabin crews an easy mobile way to update passenger records and complete in-flight forms, the company needed a flexible, reusable SOA-based approach to speed development and improve passenger service.

Using Oracle Fusion Middleware—primarily Oracle SOA Suite running on Oracle WebLogic Server with Oracle Service Bus and BPEL—Intelligent Pathways delivered a reusable mobile solution that went live in six weeks and now operates on about 70% of Qantas flights. The platform processes thousands of passenger transactions daily, supports over 1,000 crew members, reduced paper-based procedures, improved data accuracy and guest recognition, and accelerated time-to-market for new airline applications.
