IFAP was challenged by a paper-heavy workflow—more than 300,000 annual forms and intense peak-season surges—requiring a reliable electronic document management system to raise productivity, handle night-time bulk processing, avoid system overloads, and deliver faster responses to applicants.

IFAP deployed Oracle WebCenter Content and Oracle WebCenter Capture with partner Timestamp to digitize, automate file conversions, and build role-based workflows and a streamlined UI. The solution enabled a 500% increase in processed forms (averaging 10,000 documents per day), handled ~300,000 documents annually without overload, cut processing time by more than two months during peak periods, improved security and usability, and moved roughly 90% of IFAP’s information to digital formats.
