Inspirage Establishes End-to-End Cloud Infrastructure to Transform Business Processes

Inspirage, a global integrated supply-chain specialist with nearly 500 consultants across ~50 countries, outgrew its disparate legacy systems as rapid expansion strained collaboration, sales and marketing processes, multi-currency finance, and project/time reporting. The company needed a scalable, secure platform to enable a fully remote workforce, improve lead nurturing and CRM, eliminate manual data entry, and evolve processes without heavy new infrastructure.

Using Oracle’s end-to-end cloud suite, Inspirage consolidated systems (from 16 to 5), standardized on a single global platform and created a single source of truth for customer, project, and financial data accessible via mobile. The cloud rollout improved sales visibility and qualified pipeline, cut financial consolidation from days to four hours and tax reporting from six days to one, reduced errors and manual work, simplified IT management, and set a foundation for faster upgrades and near–real-time business insights.
