Inoapps turns to Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM to reimagine business operations

Inoapps, an independent Oracle partner, was looking to scale rapidly and needed a modern technology foundation to improve decision-making and support additional financing for growth. The company had outgrown spreadsheets and internally built tools, while its recruiting and payroll processes were costly and fragmented. Inoapps chose Oracle Cloud Applications, including Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle Cloud HCM, to help modernize its operations.

Oracle implemented a broader suite that later included Oracle Analytics, Oracle Cloud EPM, Oracle Recruiting, Oracle Learning, and Oracle Payroll. This gave Inoapps scenario planning, budgeting, and better operational visibility, helping secure further funding and enabling faster decisions. Oracle also helped Inoapps save tens of thousands of dollars in agency fees and reduced payroll processing effort by automating files for five payroll systems, cutting manual work and lowering the risk of errors.
