InnovationQuarter relies on Oracle to help bring investments to Netherlands

InnovationQuarter is the regional economic development agency for West Holland that attracts and supports foreign companies looking to expand to the Netherlands and Europe. It needed a dynamic, data-driven way to track companies already active in the region, quickly identify promising investment opportunities, and target firms showing expansion intent at trade shows and virtual events during COVID.

By implementing Oracle DataFox (with Oracle CX), InnovationQuarter combined its team’s expertise with AI-driven, dynamic company data to monitor incumbents and find the right prospects, cutting trade-show preparation from about two days to 2–3 hours. Using this approach, the agency supported 56 foreign companies that are projected to create roughly 2,810 jobs and generate about €424 million in regional investment.
