Indaver’s Customer-Care Portal Gives Industrial Customers Visibility into Costs and Benefits of Waste-Management Efforts

Indaver N.V., a European provider of total waste-management solutions, manages some 5 million tons of waste annually for industrial customers and public authorities. Facing a legacy BI environment that couldn’t keep up with growing needs for faster, more complex operational and management reporting and better e‑service, Indaver sought a modern solution to give customers transparent, real-time visibility into waste lifecycles, costs, compliance, and sustainability outcomes.

Working with Oracle and partner i4BI, Indaver implemented Oracle Business Intelligence Suite with Oracle Database to power a customer-care portal and customizable dashboards. The portal delivers paperless e-reporting, end-to-end traceability, compliance testing, and metrics for material and energy recovery, enabling faster reporting, cost and revenue transparency, time savings, and greater customer control over waste reduction — results that earned Indaver an Oracle Excellence Award.
