IGEPA IT-SERVICE GmbH is a 45-person IT services provider for the Igepa group and external clients, and a long-time Oracle partner. Facing steady growth and a strategic shift to serve midsize enterprises, the company needed a modern, web-based sales platform with an intuitive UI, mobile access, and tight CRM–ERP integration to streamline sales workflows, reduce errors, and improve sales efficiency.
IGEPA ITS implemented Oracle Sales Cloud with Oracle Service Bus (and integrated existing Lotus Notes data), standardizing sales workflows, automating reporting, and enabling 24/7 mobile access. The cloud solution increased agility, lowered costs and manual effort, reduced errors, provided a 360° view of sales activities, enabled proactive sales coaching, and saved about 10 minutes per sales report while improving transparency and decision-making.
