Iffco Creates Financial Reports Up to 10x Faster, Streamlines Invoice Approval Processes, and Improves Staff Productivity With Scalable Erp System

Indian Farmers Fertiliser Co‑operative Ltd. (IFFCO) is India’s largest fertilizer cooperative, serving over 35,000 farmer societies and producing millions of tons of urea, DAP and NPK annually. Faced with database and ERP performance issues, high maintenance overhead, slow financial closings, the need to support GST, and a manual, time‑consuming invoice/TDS approval process, IFFCO sought a scalable, reliable solution to standardize systems across multiple manufacturing plants.

IFFCO upgraded to Oracle Database 12c and Oracle E‑Business Suite 12.2.5 with Oracle Advanced Customer Support and completed a smooth 5‑month migration (96‑hour dry run, 86‑hour cutover). The new platform delivers up to 10x faster financial reporting, automated TDS handling and streamlined invoice approvals, improved system reliability and user productivity, simpler administration with online patching and caching, faster post‑go‑live issue resolution, and support for GST compliance.
