IFC Develops and Integrates a Mobile App to Drive Outside Sales Efficiency and Enable Reps to Spend More Time Selling

IFC is a Santander-based skincare pharmaceutical laboratory with about 400 employees that exports to more than 80 countries and prioritizes innovation and quality. The company needed a scalable, secure mobile solution that integrated with its CRM so 100+ outside sales representatives could submit field reports and orders from pharmacies and hospitals, eliminate manual paperwork and delays, and enable future mobility use cases like product catalogues and remote approvals.

Using Oracle Mobile Cloud Service (with implementation support from Oracle Platinum Partner Avanttic), IFC deployed an iOS and Android app in three months that works online and offline and integrates with the CRM. The app lets reps automatically submit more than 150 orders and 250 field reports a day, eliminated manual submissions, cut order-processing time from three–four days to same day, freed reps to spend more time selling, and created a platform for additional mobile applications.
