ICBC implemented Oracle Cloud HCM to unify HR processes from hire to retire with an intuitive, cloud-native platform that met regulatory requirements and consolidated multiple applications. The solution increased process transparency, automated notifications and approvals, and enabled employee self-service—reducing administrative work, saving time, improving service for staff, and freeing HR to focus on strategic activities.
