To stand out as a landmark property, the team needed technology to support curated, high-touch service and efficient operations across front desk and food-and-beverage outlets.

Hotel Julian implemented Oracle Hospitality OPERA property management, RES 3700 food-and-beverage software and MICROS hardware (purchased in April 2018) to unify PMS, POS and back-office functions. The integrated solution streamlined operations, enabled personalized guest service and efficient restaurant management, helping the hotel deliver engaging experiences at scale and drive long-term guest loyalty.
