With Oracle Guided Learning, HM Treasury delivered in-app guidance at the point of need and rolled out 80 guides within a month. Oracle helped improve process completion for key initiatives, speed up year-end close by prompting earlier expense submissions, and shift service desk usage so users found answers faster within the platform, with analytics providing insight into message and program effectiveness.
