Helzberg Diamonds, a Berkshire Hathaway jewelry retailer with more than 200 stores nationwide, needed a modernized store infrastructure to enable deeper customer interactions and smoother in-store operations. Helzberg upgraded to Oracle Retail Xstore Point-of-Service and implemented Oracle Retail Order Broker and Oracle Retail Customer Engagement, with integration and support from BTM Global. The new, intuitive POS and tighter backend integration improved associate workflows, enhanced inventory visibility and omnichannel capabilities, and helped drive a more seamless, consultative customer experience and revenue growth.
