HBL, Pakistan’s leading bank, needed a faster way to screen a high volume of applicants, speed up hiring and onboarding, and keep employee skills current. To address these challenges, the bank adopted Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM to improve talent acquisition, onboarding, training, and performance management.

Oracle implemented Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM to streamline HBL’s HR processes and support mobile and desktop learning. As a result, HBL reduced onboarding time and cut performance reviews from months to about 30 days, while enabling managers to run reviews twice a year or quarterly instead of annually.
