Guardian Group, a Caribbean insurance and financial services company with more than 3,000 employees, needed to move beyond basic HR tasks like leave, compensation, and benefits and build a more strategic HR function. Oracle implemented Oracle Cloud HCM with support from Oracle’s Caribbean team and Oracle Consulting, helping Guardian Group digitize recruitment, performance, talent management, and self-service HR. The results included faster hiring, less payroll processing work, reduced leave balances through better absence management, and the end of reliance on an external recruitment firm, delivering more automated and efficient HR operations.
