Guangzhou HRSSB implemented an integrated, service-oriented data-exchange platform using Oracle Exalogic Elastic Cloud, Oracle Service Bus and Oracle Enterprise Manager. The upgrade delivered 5x faster transactional throughput, enabled 80% of healthcare transactions during peak hours without performance degradation, improved data accuracy and settlement speed for inpatient/outpatient care, simplified system management, and reduced maintenance costs—supporting the bureau’s scalability and compliance with state integration requirements.
