Grupo Nazan is a Mexican footwear retailer with 100 stores and brands including Impuls, Destroyer, and Playa Mayoreo. The company needed to modernize its technology and create a seamless omnichannel shopping experience—across stores, call centers, online and WhatsApp—to support selective expansion and respond faster to changing customer behavior, a challenge made urgent by the pandemic.

Grupo Nazan deployed Oracle Retail solutions and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (including Xstore, Customer Engagement, Order Broker and Commerce) to centralize real-time customer and order data. Within months online sales rose to 34%, the distribution center was repurposed to fulfill online orders, call-center agents used Order Broker to boost fulfillment by about 5%, and ecommerce became the primary sales channel—helping the company maintain revenue and ensure deliveries.
