Grupo Corporativo Papelera SA de CV is a Mexican manufacturer and converter of sanitary paper products (toilet paper, napkins) that supplies wholesalers, supermarkets and the public sector from two production plants. The company needed to upgrade its ERP to support procurement, sales and inventory processes, improve IT management and billing with a scalable cloud solution, and maintain accurate, real-time information to ensure timely shipments and business continuity.

Working with Oracle and partner E-nnovative, Grupo Corporativo Papelera migrated from JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 8 to 9.1.3 in the cloud and replaced Microsoft SQL with Oracle Database, Enterprise Edition, while deploying Financials, Procurement and Subcontract Management, Advanced Pricing and Inventory Management. The implementation streamlined order-to-delivery and procurement workflows, moved billing online to avoid penalties, delivered real-time inventory control, improved supplier and client relationships, reduced costs, and achieved high availability to support future growth.
