Groupe PLG implemented Oracle Marketing Cloud (Eloqua) with support from partner Kiss The Bride to create scenario‑based, lifecycle-driven email campaigns fed by ERP and BI data. The automated, individualized campaigns doubled email open rates, increased website traffic, boosted upsell and cross‑sell and average order value, reduced manual data work, delivered week‑over‑week revenue gains, and ensured GDPR-compliant campaign management.
