Groupe NOX needed a reliable, secure common data environment to manage multiple, geographically dispersed projects and many external participants. Their previous email-based workflows were slow, error-prone and inconsistent for codification, approvals and document access, so they chose Aconex for its open platform, third‑party plug‑in compatibility and better project-wide collaboration and auditability.

By implementing Aconex as a CDE, Groupe NOX centralized document storage, enabled real‑time access, consistent naming and efficient large‑file sharing, and automated approvals and notifications. The change delivered major efficiency gains—storing is ~90% faster (from 2–3 minutes to ~10 seconds), finding information is ~95% faster (from 20–30 minutes to under a minute), approval cycles are reduced by about two days, and manual consolidation errors and approval delays have been largely eliminated.
