Oracle implemented a centralized, one-click upgrade process through Nor1 embedded in Oracle OPERA Cloud, eliminating the need for agents to switch between screens. As a result, Great Wolf Lodge gained seamless resort-wide integration and increased revenue, with faster, simpler handling of guest add-ons and upgrades.
