Great Wolf Lodge, which operates family waterpark resorts across the US, faced a challenge managing guest upgrades and extra services because many offerings were handled separately and the process was manual. With Oracle OPERA Cloud and Oracle Nor1, the resort needed a more streamlined way to manage upgrades, guest passes, and additional nights.

Oracle implemented a centralized, one-click upgrade process through Nor1 embedded in Oracle OPERA Cloud, eliminating the need for agents to switch between screens.
