Oracle implemented Oracle Cloud HCM to create a single, integrated global HR platform for Grant Thornton, including Oracle Recruiting, Oracle Journeys, and Oracle Payroll. The results included streamlined HR and payroll processes, less paperwork, better candidate and employee experiences, and more timely data for leaders; Grant Thornton also migrated its Ireland business from Workday to Oracle Cloud HCM and laid the groundwork for broader international expansion.
