The Government of New Brunswick needed a better way to access timely, standardized data and improve efficiency across its many organizations, while also modernizing outdated, paper-heavy HR and payroll processes. With more than 30,000 employees and over 20 collective bargaining agreements to manage, the province turned to Oracle to replace heavily customized on-premises systems and create a more consistent, reliable back-office approach.
Oracle implemented Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle Cloud HCM as a unified platform, helping the Government of New Brunswick streamline reporting, standardize supplier data, simplify HR and payroll, and improve access to self-service tools for employees. The result was better decision-making, stronger security and privacy controls, reduced manual maintenance, and cost savings from spending less time patching and upgrading legacy systems.
