The Government of New Brunswick needed a better way to access timely, standardized data and improve efficiency across its many organizations, while also modernizing outdated, paper-heavy HR and payroll processes. Oracle implemented Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle Cloud HCM as a unified platform, helping the Government of New Brunswick streamline reporting, standardize supplier data, simplify HR and payroll, and improve access to self-service tools for employees. The result was better decision-making, stronger security and privacy controls, reduced manual maintenance, and cost savings from spending less time patching and upgrading legacy systems.
