NotreDame Intermédica Group, Brazil’s largest health plan operator with 6.4 million members, wanted to strengthen its data-driven strategy as it expanded. With Oracle EPM Cloud, NotreDame Intermédica Group centralized reporting, improved data security in the cloud, and streamlined finance and accounting workflows. Oracle helped cut budget preparation time by 50%, reducing it from up to six months to three, and shortened monthly close from the 18th business day to the 8th. The company also mapped 216 accounting close processes and eliminated 82 of them, reducing the overall close process time by 38%.
