Glory Global Solutions, the international sales and service arm of GLORY Ltd., provides cash-automation and process-engineering services in over 100 countries. Facing fragmentation from 30 different ERP systems across its business units, limited sales-pipeline visibility (about 85% of leads unqualified), high IT maintenance overhead, and constraints on automation and remote work, the company needed a single, scalable technology platform and standardized global processes to support growth and pandemic-era working.
Glory implemented a single global JD Edwards instance on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure alongside Oracle Fusion, Sales, and Marketing capabilities with TCS as implementation partner, plus a centralized IT help desk and project management office. Two-thirds of units are migrated so far; IT costs fell about 50% and purchase cycle time dropped 45%. Sales pipeline visibility improved ~25%, initial lead actions rose 60% and converted leads improved 10% in six months, while remote operations, preventive maintenance, and service responsiveness also saw measurable gains.
