GFI Informatique India Pvt. Ltd., an Oracle Platinum Partner based in Pune with about 200 employees, provides Oracle implementation and managed services. Facing a limited in‑house HR system, GFI needed a flexible, scalable HCM platform to gain a single view of talent, streamline employee lifecycle tasks (onboarding, document storage, performance appraisals) and automate expense approvals.

GFI implemented Oracle Human Capital Management Cloud for Midsize Cloud Service (along with Expenses, Talent Management and Transactional BI), going live in four months. The cloud deployment created a single system of record that cut turnaround times for employee data and appraisals, simplified bi‑annual reviews, enabled ad‑hoc reporting, automated expense controls, freed staff from infrastructure maintenance, and gave GFI in‑house experience to extend HCM services to customers.
