The company wanted to build a data-driven HR culture to improve decision-making, D&I tracking, and operational efficiency by automating and centralizing workforce reporting.
By deploying Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse and Oracle Analytics alongside Oracle Cloud HCM (and integrating a new Group LMS), Generali created a one-stop HR analytics platform and executive dashboard with mobile access. The automated, scalable solution cut reporting response times to under 2 seconds, freed HR staff from manual reporting to focus on strategic work, and increased adoption of workforce analytics across the organization.
