Fujitsu Systems East Automates Load Testing, Increases Detection Rate for Performance Issues by 30%, and Enhances Customers’ System Quality

Fujitsu Systems East, the Fujitsu group’s largest system engineering company formed in 2012, provides system integration, ERP, consulting, and outsourcing across industries. The company needed to standardize load-testing methods and tools across its business to improve test quality and project efficiency, support growing demand for cloud-based web applications, enable engineers to run realistic user-load tests, detect serious performance issues, and produce intuitive, shareable test reports.

Fujitsu standardized on Oracle Load Testing (part of Oracle Application Testing Suite) to automate and simplify load testing, letting field engineers quickly configure, run, and view real‑time graphical results. As a result, testing is used in over half of high‑value projects and rapidly detects issues in more than 70% of those projects; serious performance-issue detection rose 30%, the number of load tests per project increased 20%, and testing time was cut to two weeks for 90% of projects—improving customers’ system quality and diagnostic collaboration.
