Oracle implemented Oracle Cloud HCM to unify compensation, performance, data, and employee access across Fujitsu’s organization, alongside a new learning management system and integrations with localized payroll. As a result, Fujitsu reduced its IT footprint, improved efficiency and cost effectiveness, streamlined HR processes, and gave executives and managers better analytics and a more consistent employee experience.
