F-Secure, a Finnish security provider, launched Younited for Business to address cloud-security concerns and broaden its offerings. To introduce this new cloud segment they needed to reposition the brand, understand customer behavior for targeted nurturing, and run consistent, cross-border campaigns while empowering sales and resellers.
Using Oracle Marketing Cloud for campaign and lead management and engagement templates—integrated with their CRM—F-Secure ran an all-digital B2B campaign across 10 countries. The program generated strong partner interest and sales-qualified leads, increased email open rates by 10%, expanded the reseller network, and improved coordination between marketing, sales and channels, helping reposition the company as a cloud services provider.
